The impugned order dated 19.08.2019 is also challenged by preferring an appeal before the Respondent No.3, the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, Controller of Stamps. Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that notice of hearing of the appeal is already issued to the Petitioner.

Since the impugned order is also challenged by way of appeal, this Petition is disposed of with directions to the Respondent No.3 to decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of two months from the date of this order.

Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2019 shall continue to operate till the date of disposal of the appeal and for a further period of six weeks as to enable the Petitioner to challenge the Digitally signed by PRASANNA P SALGAONKAR Date:
