1] Yet another frivolous Petition. To enter Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Head Quarters at Mumbai a gate-pass has to be obtained by the visitors that the reason is obvious. Security has to be maintained.

2] The Petitioner desires unregulated entry of people to the building where SEBI functions.

3] No such direction can be issued for the reason issues of security have to be dealt with and implemented by the officers of the various offices functioning from public building. 4] The Petition is dismissed imposing cost of 25,000/- on ₹ the Petitioner to be paid to SEBI.
