1] The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs :- "A.

Directing respondent -1, to put in place a full-proof mechanism of collation of all relevant information/documents including allegation(s) of misconduct in respect of candidates proposed/recommended for judgeship, so as to enable the Hon'ble Judges of respondent-1's court to make an informed opinion so far as BGP. 1 of 2

recommending judgeship of any candidate.

2] We do not find that reliefs as claimed in the Petition could be granted by this Court in the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petitioner is therefore rejected.
