Mr. Ambekar, counsel for respondent company states that he has nothing more to add beyond what was recorded on 27th July 2018. Mr. Ambekar further states that no moratorium has been granted by NCLT and the petition itself has not been taken up. Mr. Aithe, Company Prosecutor for Official Liquidator tenders an affidavit of one Pankaj Srivastava, Assistant Official Liquidator affirmed on 1st August 2018 confirming advertising the petition in Free Press Journal and Maharashtra Times on 19th November 2014 and in the Maharashtra Government Gazette for the period 27th November - 3rd December 2014. BIFR has already opined that respondent company has to be wound up. In the circumstances, respondent company - M/s. MTZ Industries Limited is wound up. Official Liquidator of this Court is appointed as Gauri Gaekwad
