Chamber summons is to bring on record the legal heirs of plaintiff, who expired on 10th August 2016 and for consequent amendment to the plaint. Mr. Singh, counsel for defendant has no objection. Chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons. Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within two weeks from today.
