On 15 th September, 2015 the Advocate for the Plaintiff gave an undertaking to the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court to pay Court fees within a period of two weeks from 15 th September, 2015. The said undertaking is breached. Instead, the Advocate for the Plaintiff has by consent withdrawn the Suit, as can be seen from the order passed by this Court (Coram : A.K. Menon, J.) dated 17 th December, 2015. In view thereof, office to issue notice to Mr. Mangesh Bhende, Advocate for the Plaintiff informing him that he is directed to remain present before this Court on 23 rd March, 2016 at 03.00 p.m. failing which the Court shall proceed to pass necessary orders to ensure his presence before the Court. 2.

The notice along with a copy of this order shall be served on the Advocate for the Plaintiff by hand delivery.

Stand over to 23 rd March, 2016 at 03.00 p.m.
