Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that in view of the default committed by the respondent in making payment of the agreed installments recorded in the order dated 1st September, 2014, the company petition stands revived and stands admitted. He seeks time to take further steps in the company petition pursuant to the order dated 1st September, 2014 passed by this Court. The statements made by the learned counsel for the applicant are accepted.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant states that several petitions are already admitted against M/s.Hindustan Dorr 1/2

37-ca970-15 Oliver Ltd. and prays that this petition also shall be heard along with the those company petitions. The statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the fact that the petition is already advertised in those petitions, the applicant is not required to advertise this petition once again.

Place this petition along with other companion petitions against M/s.Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd.

The company application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
