Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner on the question of admission.

We find that against the orders impugned dated 4th September 2017 (Exhibit C-1), 28th September 2017 (Exhibit C-2), 28th September 2017 (Exhibit C-3) and 11th October 2017 (Exhibit C-4), which are Adjudication Orders passed by the respondent No.3, the petitioner has got remedy before the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, Mumbai.
