2] Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of all the parties, the Petitioner No.2 is granted leave to submit scheme of rehabilitation to the Slum Rehabilitation Authorities (SRA) in respect of the suit property referred to in prayer clause (a) of this notice of motion. The SRA to examine the scheme and make suitable orders thereon. However, it is made clear that there is no question of implementation of any such scheme, even if, the SRA comes to the conclusion that such scheme is feasible and is required to be permitted. The implementation of such scheme shall always be 1/2

DSS 23-NMW-424-15 in wp-104-13 (OS) subject to the further orders that may be made in the main petition, i.e., Writ Petition No. 104 of 2013.
