Learned counsel for the parties submit that the question involved in this petition has been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this court in various writ petitions including Writ Petition No.652 of 2017 in the case of Azad Hawkers Union and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Others decided on 1.11.2017. They submit that they will abide by the directions and the conditions in the said order.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition in respect of any other point which has been raised in this and not decided in the said Writ Petition No. 652 of 2017. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition in terms of the said order dated 1.11.2017 passed in WP No. 652 of 2017 with liberty as aforesaid.
