The only grievance made in the above Petition is that though an application has been made to the Respondent No.1 Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, "K"Ward, in respect of the fact that the society in question is not providing documents sought for by the Petitioner, no order has been passed by the Respondent No.1. The Learned AGP Mr. Dighe appearing for the Respondent No.1 on instructions states that appropriate orders would be passed by the Deputy Registrar "K" West Ward on the representation of the Petitioner within two weeks from date. Statement accepted. In view of the said statement, there is now no warrant to keep the above Petition pending. The above Petition to accordingly stand disposed of. All parties to act upon an ordinary copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Associate.
