Parties to their Counsel. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of complaint having been lodged on 10th June, 2015, the respondent- BMC is not taking any action against un-authorised construction which has taken place on 7th floor of B-Ward, 19 Kaze Sayyad Street, Masjid Bunder (West), Mumbai-400 009.

Learned Counsel for the respondent - BMC submits that the said complaint has not been received in the office of
rrpillai 904-pil-84-2015 Municipal Corporation. In view of this, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall make fresh complaint alongwith requisite documents before the Competent Authority of the respondent.
He submits that the said complaint be directed to be considered and appropriate steps/action be taken on it by the Competent Authorities of the respondent.

Having considered the submission by the learned Counsel for the parties we dispose of the petition by granting the petitioner liberty to file fresh complaint before the Competent Authority of the respondent. On receipt of the same, the Competent authority shall examine the same and take appropriate steps on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
