Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants in support of the Notices of Motion and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth and sixth Respondents. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. In

view of the averments made in the affidavit in support of the Notices of Motion, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Notices of Motion are made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
