It is stated by Mr. Shah, learned counsel appering for the Petitioner, on instructions, that after the earlier order was passed by this Court on 16th April 2016, the remaining structure at site has been demolished and the stilt area has been cleared. Since our order and direction dated 16th April 2016 has been complied with, this Writ Petition need not be kept pending.

Since it is prayed by Mr. Jadhav, learned A.G.P., that a lenient view be taken for the delay in removing the structures, in the facts peculiar to this case, we neither take any further action, nor impose costs on the State; however, the orders and directions of this Court should serve as a reminder to all of them, who do not carry out their duties and perform them in accordance with law expeditiously.
