After hearing Mr. Walve, appearing for the applicant, and perusing the affidavit in reply, we are of the view that there is reasonable cause shown for not complying with the procedural Rules. The notice of motion is, therefore, made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Four weeks' time is granted to remove the office objections.
