Rule. By consent of parties the writ petition is heard finally. It is the case of the petitioner that the license of the petitioner is suspended by the impugned order dated 15th October, 2019 for a period of 30 days. The petitioner has already preferred an appeal against the said order before the Principal Secretary,Home Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 17th October, 2019.The said appeal is pending.

The Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the said appeal preferred by the petitioner within eight weeks from the date of 1/2

502-wpl2997-19.doc communication of this order. Till such order is passed and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order if the same is adverse to the petitioner, the impugned order dated 15th October, 2019 to stand stayed.

Rule is made absolute on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

The petitioner is directed to remain present before the Appellate Authority on 5th November, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. 6.

All parties as well as the Appellate Authority to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
