This arbitration petition under section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeks extension of time for the arbitral tribunal to complete the proceedings and make the Award. Time is scheduled to expire on 20 th October, 2018. Parties have completed their submissions on the claim and counter claim. Written submissions have also been filed by the parties. Accordingly, all that remains for the tribunal is to make the Award. In the circumstances, I pass the following order :

(i) Time to make the arbitral Award is extended upto 31 st January, 2019.

(ii) Petition disposed in the above terms.
