Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a) that the order dated 30-09-2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court whereby the suit was dismissed for non-compliance of office objections be set aside";

The Plaintiffs are granted time to remove office objections within a period of one week from today, failing which the Suit shall once again stand dismissed without reference to this Court.
