This Official Liquidator Report is taken up for consideration. By this Official Liquidator Report, directions are sought for permitting the Official Liquidator to form a new panel of security agencies with 12 security agencies which have fulfilled the terms and conditions of criteria for empanelment pursuant to the order dated 7th August 2019. By the said order, the Official
Liquidator was permitted to issue public notice for empanelment of new security agencies and permitted to conduct revision of panel security agencies on yearly basis as per the approved terms and conditions prepared by the Official Liquidator. It is pursuant to this public notice for empanelment of new security agencies that 16 applications and out of which 12 agencies enumerated in paragraph 8 of the Official Liquidator Report fulfill the criteria for empanelment.

Accordingly, it would be appropriate to grant prayer clauses (a) and (b) of the Official Liquidator Report and permit the Official Liquidator to form the new panel of security agencies comprising of the 12 security agencies which have fulfilled the criteria for empanelment on the terms as approved pursuant to this Court's order dated 7th August 2019.

Further, the Official Liquidator is permitted to conduct revision of panel security agencies on yearly basis as per terms and conditions approved by this Court vide order dated 7th August 2019 and in case of any additional requirement of any security agencies for protection of assets of companies under liquidation that will be
revised on yearly basis.

Accordingly, the Official Liquidator Report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) and is accordingly disposed of.
