By this Motion, the applicants have prayed for condoning the delay of 2 years and 209 days in filing the Chamber Summons and for withdrawing the amount deposited in this Court in pursuance of the order dated 19.01.2011.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of Chamber Summons, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient cause for condoning the delay. Hence, the Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited pursuant to the order dated 19.01.2011 along with the accrued interest, if any. The office will issue cheque in the name of applicant No.1 Manju Siddharth Jadhav. 1/2
