Mr. Pandey, the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute that the order impugned in this writ petition is appealable one. In that view of the matter, we decline to entertain this writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Needless to mention that the Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the impugned order by filing an appeal before the appellate authority, as may be permissible in law.
