None appears for the Petitioners. The challenge is to the Notification dated 21st September 2011, a copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-A to the Petition. By the said Notification, the modifications to the Development Plan have been notified and objections and suggestions have been invited from the members of the public.

Thus, by the impugned Notification, the Development Plan has not been modified and merely objections and suggestions have been invited to the proposed modifications. Therefore, at this stage, no interference is called for in writ jurisdiction. If the Petitioners have submitted objections and suggestions on the basis of the impugned Notification, the same are bound to be considered in accordance with law.

Subject to what is observed above, the Petition is rejected.
