Mr.Shah, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that the Notice of Motion No.555 of 2017 can be disposed of in terms of the consent terms by accepting the consent terms on record between the plaintiff and the defendant nos.2 and 3. He states that insofar as the other defendants are concerned, the plaintiff does not press any interim relief against them.

The Notice of Motion No.555 of 2017 is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

The notice of motion is dismissed insofar as the other defendants who are not the parties to the consent terms are concerned. No order as to costs.
