The grievance of the petitioner in the above Writ Petition is that despite an application filed before the High Power Committee as far back as on 27.7.2018, the same is not considered by it. The learned Advocate for the petitioners therefore submits that the High Power Committee be directed to decide their application dated 27.7.2018 and to pass a reasoned order within time bound manner. 2.

Learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 6 and 7 states that the High Power Committee will decide the application

In view of the above, we direct the High Power Committee to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners dated 27.7.2018 within a period of eight weeks from today. The High Power Committee shall also give a personal hearing to the petitioners if the petitioners so desire.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 4 has made a grievance that the copy of the application filed before the High Power Committee is not served on them. We direct the Advocate for the petitioners to forthwith forward a copy of the application to the Advocate for the respondent No. 4. 6.
