The Petitioner seeks permission to travel abroad. Look Out Circular is issued against the Petitioner at the instance of Respondent No.3 Bank. The learned Counsel submits that the Petitioner is required to travel to Dubai for business assignments. He will be travelling to Dubai from 1st September 2022 to 10th September 2022 and he would return to India on 10th September 2022.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank submits that the Petitioner is a guarantor in his personal capacity and huge amount is due and payable.

Earlier also the Petitioner was permitted to travel abroad. The Basavraj 1/2

In light of that, we pass the following order: a.

The Petitioner shall file his itinerary with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court with a copy to the Bank detailing his travel schedule.

b.

The Petitioner shall also file an Affidavit stating his assets, movable as well as immovable with the Prothonotary and Senior Master and a copy thereof be delivered to the Bank. c.

The Petitioner shall travel by economy class only, considering the huge amount due, as claimed by the Respondent.

d.

With the aforesaid directions and the restrictions, the Petitioner is permitted to travel abroad from 1st September 2022 to 10th September 2022 and he shall return to India on 10th September 2022.

e.

For the purpose of travelling abroad from 1st September 2022 to 10th September 2022, the look out circular shall not be an impediment.

f.

The Petitioner may intimate the present order to the Immigration Authority.

g.

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
