Perused the Court Receiver's Report. Since the amounts as agreed are paid by the Defendants to the Plaintiff, the reliefs sought in the Report have become infructous. The Court Receiver is therefore, discharged without passing accounts, but upon payment of his costs charges and expenses as well as valuers fees, by the Advocate for the Petitioner.
