The parties have amicably settled the dispute and they have tendered the consent terms. The consent terms filed are between the Petitioners and Respondent No. 1. Consent terms are signed by the Petitioners and Respondent No. 1 and their respective advocates. The undertakings given by both the parties in the consent terms are accepted.
