As the respondent has already nominated an arbitrator as per the arbitration agreement between the parties within the prescribed period of 30 days as per Section 11(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, in my opinion, further orders on this application are not required to be passed.

The Arbitrator so nominated shall enter a reference as per the law as also make a disclosure as per the requirement of Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court, to be placed on record of this application with a copy to be forwarded to both the parties. 4.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 5.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
