There is a difficulty in serving the Respondents and locating the secured assets. In fact, the Petitioners have had to resort to substituted service. The Petitioners have invoked arbitration. The Respondents are not appearing.

Liberty to the Petitioners to make an interim application before the learned Arbitrator and if successful to put them into execution. The ad-interim order dated 15th December 2016 to continue till then.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no costs.
