The Chamber Summons has just been restored. It seeks to add Respondents Nos. 1 to 4 as Defendants Nos. 9 to 12 respectively. These are subsequent purchasers of some of the properties that are the subject matter of the partition Suit. 3.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

The existing Defendants will be served through their Advocates with a copy of the amended plaint.

Remaining office objections, if any, are waived. The Chamber Summons to be finally numbered for statistical purposes and for completeness.
