Mr.Gulamali Amrullah Babul-respondent no.1, Ms.Siddiqua Gulam Ali Babul-respondent no.2 and Ms.Effat Gulam Ali Babul-respondent no.3 in ARBP 1684/2015 and petitioners in ARBP 410/2015 are present in court.

---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 25.11.2016 P.C.:- Ms.Nidhi Singh appearing for the petitioners in Arbitration Petition No.1684 of 2015 and for the respondent in Arbitration Petition No.410/2015 states that pursuant to an order pronounced on 29.10.2015 the respondents have deposited sum of Rs.8,10,000/-. The counsel states that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents have been worked out following an award passed by the sole Arbitrator dated 26.10.2016. The counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this amount of Rs.8,10,000/- together with accumulated interest if any, and seeks directions to the

Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to hand over this amount with accumulated interest if any, to the petitioner- Shabbir Salebhai Mahimwala. Ms.Nidhi Singh appearing for the petitioner also identifies three respondents who are present in court. Respondents state that their earlier advocate has sought a discharge and was discharged as recorded in the minutes of meeting dated 27.7.2016 recorded by the sole Arbitrator. The respondents who are present in court undertake to provide photo copies of their Aadhar cards to the Associate of this court before lunch break at 2.00 P.M. The respondents have no objection to the request made by the Advocate for the petitioner for withdrawal of this amount of Rs.8,10,000/- with accumulated interest if any. In the circumstances, Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to hand over the amount of Rs.8,10,000/- together with accumulated interest if any, and the amount to be paid to the petitioner Shabbir Salebhai Mahimwala.
