CORAM : R.D. DHANUKA, J.

DATE : 28TH APRIL, 2016.

P.C. :- 1.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the respondent has been served. Office note also indicates that the notice has been delivered upon the respondent on 9th April, 2016. None appeared for the respondent though served. No affidavit in reply has been filed.

2.

By this notice of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of three days in filing the arbitration petition. I have perused the 1/2

For the reasons recorded in the notice of motion, the delay of three days in filing the arbitration petition is condoned. The notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
