The pleadings are complete, and these will be used as pleadings in the Section 17 application. The learned sole Arbitrator may in his discretion allow parties to file further Affidavits if he thinks fit. The learned Arbitrator will endeavour to dispose of the Section 17 application at his earliest convenience.
