The present Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 will be treated as an application under Section 17 before the learned sole Arbitrator already appointed. The pleadings are complete, and these will be used as pleadings in the Section 17 application. The learned sole Arbitrator may in his discretion allow parties to file further Affidavits if he thinks fit. The learned Arbitrator will endeavour to dispose of the Section 17 application at his earliest convenience.

The Petition is disposed of in these terms with no order as to costs.
