I have perused the averments made in the affidavit in support of the company application and have heard Mr.Sethi, learned counsel for the applicant. A perusal of the affidavit in support of the company application indicates there is delay of 380 days in filing the order copy dated 1st August, 2014 passed by this Court along with requisite forms and the same is satisfactorily explained. 2.

The company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
