Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) An amount of approximately Rs.19,00,000/- is deposited by the Defendants with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. (ii) Out of the said amount, USD 20,000/- shall be forthwith handed over by the Prothonotary and Senior Master to the Plaintiff by drawing a cheque/pay order in favour of the Ralph Collin D'Souza, State Bank of India, Bejai Mangalore, Account No.31167807286 SWIFT : SBININBB146, NEFT/RTGS : SBIN0013349.

(iii) In view thereof, the parties have no claims against each other ssp 1/2

adms 33 of 2014 (911).sxw and the learned Advocate for the Plaintiff as well as learned Advocate for the Defendants seek to withdraw the above Admiralty Suit as well as the Counter Claim respectively. The Admiralty Suit as well as the Counter Claim are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules.
