The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent to expedite the hearing of the Petitioner's Application dated 3rd February, 2015 (Exhibit 'B') pending before the Respondent-Estate Officer. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer without making any further observation, we dispose of this Petition by directing the the Respondent-Estate Officer to expedite the hearing of Petitioner's Application dated 3rd February, 2015 (Exhibit 'B').
