After considerable argumentation and on after due reconsideration of his position, Mr Dandekar on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings.

The Interim Application will not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
