The Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) The Plaintiffs may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,868/- in the office of the Court Receiver towards his costs, charges and expenses within time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper;
(b) That the cost of and incidental to this report be fixed at
Nitin 2 / 2 910-CRR-585-2015 Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks". 2.
The dues of the Court Receiver including costs shall be paid by Plaintiff No. 3 within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. 3.
