The Defendant Nos. 1 to 4 are served with the Chamber Summons. There is no Affidavit in Reply on record.

Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the amendment of the Suit and accordingly the Plaint be permitted to be amended as per Schedule-A mentioned in the Chamber Summons".

All contentions of the parties are kept open. Amendment to be carried out by the Advocate for the Applicant / Plaintiff on or before 30th October, 2015. 4.

The Defendants to file the Additional Written Statements, if any, within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. 5.

Place the above Suit for directions on 24 th November, 2015 when the issues shall be recasted, if required.
