At the request of Mr Nair, this Arbitration Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty to the Petitioners to make an application before the learned Arbitrator in the event the pending application under Section 11 succeeds and the matter is referred to an Arbitrator. However, it is clarified that if the Section 11 application fails, the liberty reserved in this order will not extend to any other proceedings.
