Affidavit dated 21/04/2023, is also filed by the Caveatrix/Defendant by which she has consented to grant of Probate. The same is taken on record.

The present Suit is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms and the same is restored to Testamentary Petition. The refund, if any, is as per Rules. 4.

Office to proceed with the grant of Probate in accordance with law.
