Perused the above Notices of Motion and the Affidavits in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavits in support of the Notices of Motion, the Notices of Motion are allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) and (b) subject to payment of cost of Rs.25,000/- to the Defendants. 2.
The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant / Plaintiff on instructions undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.12,500/- in one set to the Defendants in Notice of Motion No. 2471 of 2012 and Rs.12,500/- in one set to the Defendants in Notice of Motion No. 2472 of 2012 within a period two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted.

The Notices of Motion are accordingly disposed of. 4.
