Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the order dated 14.08.2018 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai, below interim application no. 926 of 2018. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners had already filed an Appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Borey 1/2

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Appeal. To that effect, he has given in writing. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same is accepted.

Writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to move before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal in Appeal for early hearing. No order as to costs.
