Ms.Mody, learned counsel for the review petitioner states that the matter is amicably settled between the parties and the consent terms are already filed before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Mumbai in Recovery Proceedings No.269/17. In view of the said consent terms, learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this review petition. Statement is accepted. Review petition is dismissed as

Insofar as Contempt Petition No.74 of 2013 is concerned, in view of the consent terms arrived at between the bank and the respondent nos. 2 and 3, the contempt proceedings are dismissed against respondent nos. 2 and 3.
