After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. However, he submits that liberty be given to the Petitioner to apply for transfer as per the relevant notification/Brochure for transfer (after 1st MBBS) of Medical Students in the State of Maharashtra.

Learned AGP on instruction submits that in case, the Petitioner applies for transfer, his case will be considered as per the said Brochure guidelines and appropriate decision on it will be taken. Vishal Parekar 1/2

In view of the aforesaid, keeping all the contentions open, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make application for transfer stated above in accordance with the aforesaid notification/Brochure guidelines and the relevant provisions as may be applicable. The application if made be decided as mentioned above.
