The Petition is placed for directions. By consent the Chamber Summons, which is also shown on board, is called out and taken up for final hearing. The Chamber Summons seeks condonation of delay of seven days in filing the Affidavit in Support of the objection in this Petition for Succession Certificate. The amount of delay is disputed, and Mr. Dhaygude, learned Advocate for the Petitioner says there is an additional delay of five days.
