27.CHS-1280-2015.doc plaintiff states that they have given inspection of all documents which are in their possession. Mr. Behramkamdin further states that if there are any further documents inspection of which has not been given, the plaintiff will give inspection of those documents. Mr. Behramkamdin states that if they do not have any documents, the question of giving inspection of those documents does not arise. Ms. Joshi, counsel appearing for the defendants relied upon order dated 23rd October, 2015 read with order dated 30th October, 2015 passed in notice of motion no.980 of 2015 in this suit.

Therefore and in view of the statement made by Mr. Behramkamdin it is made clear that if the plaintiff do not give inspection of documents which are in their possession within three weeks from today, the plaintiff will not be permitted to rely on any of those documents at any stage in the suit.
