The Chamber Summons seeks that the Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited be allowed to be substituted as the Claimant/Decree Holder in place of Citi Financial Consumer Finance India Ltd. The Chamber Summons will have to be allowed since the Applicant, a banking company, has taken over the recoverable debt under a Deed of Assignment dated 31st October 2012.
