The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that pending the hearing of the Petitioner under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and after a period of four weeks thereafter, the statement made by the Respondents and recorded in the order dated 29-11-2017 shall continue. It is also clarified that Flat No.703 is mortgaged by the Respondents in favour of ICICI Bank. The statement is accepted. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed off. Liberty to apply.
