Heard. By this Notice of Motion, the Applicant seeks extension of time to comply with the order dated 07.09.2018. He submits that as per the liberty granted by the Apex Court by order dated 10.09.2018 in Special Leave Petition No.24584/2018, they preferred the Special Leave Petition No.26424/2018 challenging the order dated 07.09.2018 passed by this court in Review Petition (L) No.50/2018. He submits that they mentioned the SLP before the Apex Court for circulation, at Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

907.581.18-nml.doc that time, the Apex Court has passed the order dated 25.09.2018 to list the matter in the next week before the appropriate Bench. The learned counsel for the Applicant has placed on record a copy of the said order passed by the Apex Court. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of these facts, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time till 10.10.2018 to comply with the order dated 07.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the opinion that the request made by the learned counsel for Applicant can be acceded to.

Hence, following order is passed:

Time to comply with the order date 07.09.2018 passed by this court (Coram : A. A. Sayed and M. S. Karnik, JJ.) in Review Petition (L) No.50/2018 is extended till 10.10.2018. b.

Notice of Motion stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
